These Terms & Conditions apply to service-related communications from JE The Line, LLC ("JE The Line", "we", "our", or "us").
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Clients may opt in to receive SMS messages from JE The Line by providing their phone number during in-person visits or through online booking (e.g., Calendly) and agreeing to receive SMS communications. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
- Program: JE The Line Appointment & Consultation Messaging
- Purpose: Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, consultation follow-ups, and service-related communications
- Message frequency: May vary depending on appointment and service activity
- Message and data rates: May apply
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance
After opting out by replying STOP, clients may no longer receive SMS messages from JE The Line unless they provide consent again.
Marketing Messages
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages unless a client has provided separate consent to receive such messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers and SMS consent information are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, abusive, or spam purposes.
